Being overseas in the UK we thought this might be quite a difficult process to overcome, however using the latest technology Leon was able to make this much easier than anticipated. He oversaw all aspects of the sale from getting required repairs on the house organized to make sure that the final escrow papers were sent to us on time for signature prior to the close of escrow and confirming that the final transfer of funds was completed.
